DONATION REQUEST FORM

Vancouver Whitecaps FC is pleased to offer our support to local charitable, educational, and non-profit groups and organizations though the donation of game night tickets for fundraising events. Our mandate is to support groups whose focus is children's heath and wellness, education, and soccer development in the community.

All requests for donations must be submitted to the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Community Relations Department for review and approval. Donation requests can be made by:

1) Filling out and submitting the online form below.
2) Print the form (click here), fill out and fax to 604.684.5173
3) Print the form (click here), and mail to:

Donation requests require a miumum of sixty (60) day's notice. Donations are based on the nature of the request and availabilty. Due to demand unfortunately not all requests can be accepted.
