At Vancouver Whitecaps FC, part of our mission is “to help grow the sport of soccer in British Columbia and Canada.” We are working to achieve this through initiatives such as free community soccer clinics; school programs; youth development programming; facility development; and partnerships with the local clubs that play such a vital role in the development of the sport.

KICKIN' WITH THE 'CAPS

In developing partnerships with local clubs, our goal is to provide unforgettable experiences for young players, as well as their parents and coaches, so that they will remain engaged in and excited about soccer for life.

The Kickin’ with the ‘Caps program is the foundation of our club relationships. It provides:

  • An opportunity for kids to experience a special role at a professional match, including interaction with players and coaches
  • A positive experience for players, parents, and coaches
  • An opportunity for each club to reach financial goals and raise their club profile
  • An opportunity for each club to contribute to the growth of soccer

Your club’s Kickin’ with the ‘Caps night includes:

  • Professional Pre-Game Clinic
    • Run by Whitecaps players and coaches, on the Swangard Stadium pitch (up to 50 players, aged U-7 to U-11)
  • Special In-Game Roles
    • Player escorts for Whitecaps and Visiting team (22 players, aged U-7)
    • Pre-game ceremony flag-bearers (12 players, aged U-12 and older)
    • Official ball boys/girls (1 team, aged U-13 or older)
    • Half time mini-games (up to 28 players (4 teams) aged U-7 to U-11)
    • Pre-game visit to Whitecaps dressing room (3 players, aged U-7 to U-11)
    • Field level Whitecaps assistant (1 player aged U-11 or older)
    • Specially priced youth tickets can be re-sold at regular market value to raise funds for your club
    • Proceeds from the night’s 50/50 sales go to your club
  • Whitecaps Season Tickets
    • A special bonus for top supporting clubs
    • Excellent way to thank your executives, sponsors, coaches, or other partners

The Whitecaps are actively looking for new ways to support club soccer and assist in developing the world's greatest sport. To share some ideas or learn more about Kickin’ with the “Caps and how your club can benefit, please contact:
