Vote Brad Rusin for MLS Save of the Week

Defender nominated for best stop of Week 21

Could a defender win MLS Save of the Week for Week 21?

Brad Rusin of Vancouver Whitecaps FC wouldn't mind your vote to earn the honour. Rusin denied LA Galaxy's Hector Jimenez by clearing his header off the line.

Rusin will have his work cut out for him, as he goes up against six-time SotW winner Donovan Ricketts of Portland Timbers. This time the Jamaican international made a pivitol stop on Philadelphia Union's Conor Casey to preserve a scoreless draw.

New York Red Bulls 'keeper Luis Robles, who won MLS Save of the Week in Week 17, was nominated for a second straight week. Clint Irwin of Colorado Rapids is seeking his second MLS Save of the Week award, while Chicago Fire's Paolo Tornaghi is looking for his first honour.

Cast your vote in the poll at right. Voting runs until 11:59 pm PT on Thursday.
