Three players were selected in Wednesday’s MLS Waiver Draft, including former Whitecaps FC midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker who went to Montreal Impact at first overall.

Former Chivas USA winger Leandro Barrera went to San Jose Earthquakes at second overall, while the Colorado Rapids rounded out the day’s picks by selecting former Chivas USA defender Bobby Burling with the third overall pick.

All the other teams, including Vancouver Whitecaps FC, passed on the selections in the draft.
