PROFILE
A defender from Langley, BC, Nathan Demian previously played with Surrey United SC in the EA SPORTS BC Soccer Premier League before joining the Whitecaps FC Academy (formerly Residency program) in August 2015. Demian joined the Whitecaps FC Development Squad in January 2020.

DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY

2018-2019: Started 16 of his 20 appearances with the Whitecaps FC U-17 team. 2017-2018: Demian played 14 times for Whitecaps FC U-17, starting nine times and scoring one goal. He also registered a goal in the playoffs, in one of two appearances during the postseason. 

INTERNATIONAL
Demian was 14-years-old when he made his debut in the Canadian national youth program in 2016 with coach Ante Jazic. In 2017, he was called in by head coach Paul Stalteri for the CONCACAF U-15 Championship tournament, where he served as a team captain. In 2019, Demian represented Canada at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil.
