CTV and KidSport are proud to introduce Perry's Prospects Supercamp, where children ages nine to 12 – rookies included – are able to try all different kinds of sports throughout the day.
This sports extravaganza takes place on Saturday, January 12th, at BC Place Stadium. And there’s even a signing bonus of sorts - a sports goody bag for participants to take home!
Not only will young athletes have a chance to try new sports, make friends and have fun, they will also have the opportunity to see the Pros! Vancouver Whitecaps midfielder Alfredo Valente and former national team player Andrea Neil will be in attendance to talk about their careers and demonstrate soccer skills.
KidSport is a community-based sport charity that provides grants for Canadian children age six to 18 to participate in a season of sport of their choice. KidSport believes that no child should be left on the sidelines and works to help those young athletes with the financial barriers to sport participation.
