Canada’s men’s national team will face Brazil in an international friendly match on May 31st in Seattle, Washington.
The match will be part of Canada’s preparatory schedule before their two-match set with Saint Vincent & the Grenadines in the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ Qualifiers.

Canada will face Brazil on May 31st and then Panama on June 6th in Panama City. Canada’s first 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ Qualifiers match is June 15th in Kingstown, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines. The return match will be played the following week in Montréal.

Canada qualified for the 2001 FIFA Confederations Cup by winning the 2000 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Canada’s senior team has an all-time record of two draws and one loss against Brazil.
