Double-double for 'Caps - 24 Hrs

Bob Mackin
THE BUZZ
Christine Sinclair scored twice to beat the Seattle Sounders 3-1 in Saturday's W-League match at Swangard Stadium. Whitecap Eduardo Sebrango had a goal and an assist in the later 3-1 men's win over the Portland Timbers.
SINKY RISES
Sinclair took a break from the Beijing-bound Olympic team for her first Whitecaps' match since the 2006 W-League final. "So many people could've scored today, hitting crossbars and posts, luckily two of them went in," she said.
FINNISH FINISH
Import Sanna Talonen scored the injury time insurance marker. The Caps are off to California for three games before returning June 22 to host the Pali Blues.
NASH MASH
The USL Men's First Division Caps scored three unanswered goals, including Martin Nash's game-winner on a 20-yard blast in the 66th minute. It was Vancouver's fourth consecutive win.
THOR TALKS
"A fantastic second half," said head coach Teitur Thordarson. "We were in the attacking area in the first half, we were standing too much on the ball, dribbling instead of crossing the ball."
