The Phoenix Suns' Canadian star Steve Nash may yet be the wild card in the race to bring a Major League Soccer franchise to Vancouver. Whitecaps president Bob Lenarduzzi confirmed on Tuesday that Nash has been in discussions with owner Greg Kerfoot about the two-time NBA MVP's involvement in helping Vancouver secure a MLS expansion team, but would not elaborate to what extent.
