The Vancouver Whitecaps transferred defender Adrian Cann to Esbjerg forenede Boldklubber (EfB) of the Danish Superliga for an undisclosed amount of cash on Sunday. Cann, who had a one-week trial with EfB earlier this year, joined the Whitecaps in March 2006. The 6-3, 184-pound centre back was named Vancouver's team captain at the start of the season.
