The Vancouver Whitecaps will get another chance to become Canada's top soccer club when they begin the second annual Nutrilite Canadian Championship on May 6 at Toronto FC.

The Whitecaps travel to BMO Field to play Canada's only Major League Soccer club, two weeks before visiting Montreal to take on the Impact May 20 at Saputo Stadium.

The United Soccer Leagues' First Division champion Whitecaps eliminated the Impact in last fall's league semifinal. The Impact, however, swept the Whitecaps in both games en route to becoming the first Canadian champion last summer.

The Caps host Montreal on May 27 and Toronto FC on June 2. The winning squad gets the Voyageurs Cup and becomes Canada's entry in the 2009-2010 CONCACAF Champions League.

Montreal will host Mexico's Santos Laguna in a Wednesday quarterfinal before an expected 50,000 people at Olympic Stadium.
