Vancouver Whitecaps striker
Marcus Haber
has been named in the USL First Division Team of the Week for Week Two.

The Canadian youth international was one of three strikers to be selected to the league's all-star XI on Tuesday. The 20-year-old earned the nod after scoring his first-ever Whitecaps goal in last Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Puerto Rico Islanders.

Former Vancouver forward Nicholas Addlery was also selected after scoring both of Puerto Rico's goals in the weekend victory over the USL-1 champions. The third attacking selection was the league's Player of the Week. Miami FC Blues striker Diego Serna scored a goal and recorded two assists in a 3-1 season-opening win over Cleveland City Stars.

Three Charleston Battery players were also named in the team. Goalkeeper Dusty Hudock claimed a spot after earning two clean sheets to start the season versus the Whitecaps and Montreal Impact. Battery defender Frankie Sanfilippo and midfielder Tsuyoshi Yoshitake were also selected.

A pair of Carolina RailHawks in defender Jack Stewart and midfielder Josh Gardner were also chosen, as were the Montreal duo of captain Nevio Pizzolitto and midfielder Leonardo Di Lorenzo. Lyle Adams from USL-1 expansion club Austin Aztex made the squad after scoring the club's first-ever league goal in a 1-1 home draw with Minnesota Thunder.
