Nash named in Team of the Week

has been named in the USL First Division Team of the Week for the second time this season.

The experienced playmaker made the Week 12 squad after recording a goal and an assist in last Tuesday's 2-2 draw at Cleveland City Stars. The Canadian international set up
Marcus Haber
's opening goal in the midweek match at Middlefield Cheese Stadium in Bedford, Ohio before helping the 'Caps claim a point when he struck a fine equalizer in the final minute of the match. It is Nash's second selection in the league's weekly all-star XI, with the midfielder having made the team back in Week Three.

Nash was one of four midfielders to be chosen this week. Austin Aztex man Jeff Harwell, Rochester Rhinos' Mike Ambersley, and Jonny Steele from Puerto Rico Islanders were also selected. Three defenders in Montreal Impact captain Nevio Pizzolitto, Charleston Battery's Frankie Sanfilippo, and Puerto Rico's Cristian Arrieta also made the team, while Charleston number one Dusty Hudock was the squad's selected goalkeeper.

USL-1 Player of the Week Mandjou Keita was one of three strikers to be selected for Week 12. His Portland Timbers teammate George Josten was also picked, as well as recent Cleveland acquisition Israel Sesay.
