Venue changed for Thursday's first leg

The USSF D-2 Pro League playoff semifinal, first leg, match between Puerto Rico Islanders and Vancouver Whitecaps FC has been moved to the Bayamón FC Soccer Complex in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, on Thursday evening. Kickoff of Thursday's first leg is set for 5 p.m. PT.

The Islanders were forced to move Thursday's match from their Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium home after the natural turf pitch at Puerto Rico's home ground was determined to be unplayable.

Thursday will be the second straight match that Puerto Rico will play on the artificial turf at the Bayamón FC Soccer Complex. Last week, the Islanders defeated Rochester Rhinos 2-0 at the venue in the first leg of their first-round playoff series.

With a limited capacity of up to 500, additional seating is being added at the complex for Thursday's match.
Whitecaps FC fans will still be able to watch Thursday's playoff contest live online at whitecapsfc.com/live.
