Starting on Saturday, June 25, at 10 a.m. PT, Whitecaps FC fans will be able to purchase individual match tickets for all remaining Whitecaps FC matches on Bell Pitch at Empire Field.  This includes the international friendly against 2011 English FA Cup winners Manchester City FC and the much-anticipated games versus LA Galaxy on Saturday, July 30, and Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday, September 24.

“We are pleased to release all remaining single match tickets for Whitecaps FC action through to September 24,” said Whitecaps FC chief executive officer Paul Barber. “This is a great opportunity for our fans to experience the atmosphere at Empire Field before we move to our new home at BC Place in October.”

Seven matches remain at Empire Field this season, including this Saturday's match versus Philadelphia Union, and the international friendly versus Manchester City FC on Monday, July 18, as part of the 2011 World Football Challenge. Both matches kick off at 7 p.m. PT. For the complete schedule, visit whitecapsfc.com/schedule.

The Manchester City match will provide fans with the opportunity to see this year’s FA Cup Champions, and third place finishers in the English Premier League.  This will be the third meeting between the two clubs, with Whitecaps FC having come out victorious in both previous encounters in 1980 and 1981.

Managed by former Italian international Roberto Mancini, Manchester City features a roster of world-class players including 2010 FIFA World Cup winner David Silva and English internationals Gareth Barry, Shaun Wright-Phillips, and Joe Hart. Other stars include defender Jérôme Boateng, midfielder Nigel de Jong, and striker Mario Balotelli.

Manchester City tickets are available for $60 (including HST), while individual MLS match tickets range from $20 to $55 (including HST). All tickets are subject to applicable service charges and fees.  Fans can purchase these tickets at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centres, online at ticketmaster.ca/whitecaps or Charge-by-Phone at 1.855.6.GO-CAPS (1.855.646.2277).
