VANCOUVER WHITECAPS FC HEADLINES
After a superb Whitecaps FC Residency season in the United Soccer Leagues (USL) Premier Development League (PDL), 18-year old Ben Fisk received high praise (Marc Weber - The Province) following his first Vancouver Whitecaps FC reserves performance against LA Galaxy reserves.

Fisk’s substitution in the 71st minute was a major turning point (Marc Weber - The Province) for Whitecaps FC reserves after battling back from a two goal deficit against LA Galaxy reserves to earn a draw at Empire Field last Sunday afternoon.

With Vancouver Whitecaps FC upcoming match against Chicago Fire on Sunday, a visit from ‘The Windy City' (Russell Berrisford - Vancouver Sun) will be a great opportunity for one of these teams to pick-up ‘W’ this weekend?

Even though Vancouver Whitecaps FC lost to LA Galaxy 4-0 on Bell Pitch at Empire Field last Saturday, a new offensive attacking formation had the city talking (Russell Berrisford - Vancouver Sun) after dominating the pace of play throughout the first 60 minutes.

All healed up and ready to go? Captain Jay Demerit hopes to return from injury this weekend in the ‘Caps back line and a major reason is due to the return of highly regarded physiotherapist Rick Celebrini (Martin MacMahon - MLSSoccer.com) to compliment the medical staff.
