Vancouver Whitecaps FC brought home their first report card today that saw numerous grades being handed out to different departments of the club. The Canadian Soccer Association announced today the women’s national team roster for the upcoming women’s international friendly series with the United States. Coach Herdman will have 22 players in camp and among them are 14 players who have previously played with Vancouver Whitecaps FC (whitecapsfc.com).

Following the conclusion of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying this month, CONCACAF Champions League action makes it return this week with LA Galaxy, Colorado Rapids, Toronto FC, FC Dallas, and Seattle Sounders FC all in action (CCL).

“The 2012 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying tournament will be held at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, BC, from January 19 to 29, 2012.
