In a terrific feature on ESPN.com, this story of Eric Hassli details his childhood in France, soccer decisions that affected his career, and finding complete satisfaction with Vancouver Whitecaps FC. “I've discovered an incredible league that I adore," Hassli said. "I'm happy” (Leander Schaerlaeckens – ESPN).

After last weekend’s match against New York Red Bulls, Vancouver Whitecaps FC are up for multiple individual achievements this week. Gershon Koffie was named to the Week 26 ‘Team of the Week’ , while ‘Caps maestro Davide Chiumiento is running away with voting for ‘Goal of the Week’ voting. Lastly, ‘keeper Joe Cannon is in the running for ‘Save of the Week’ (MLSsoccer.com).  Make sure to keep voting!

Two months ago Jordan Harvey arrived in Vancouver, and he’s enjoying life in beautiful British Columbia.  On the field, he’s seen an increase in offensive production. "I've got more assists here than in Philly," Harvey said. "I also enjoy locking down and playing defense for 90 minutes” (Jose Romero – Soccer by Ives).
