Vancouver Whitecaps FC players have been put through their paces by strength and conditioning coach Steve Ramsbottom and the rest of the medical staff. There were a number of tests that the players had to endure, which will give the medical staff all the information they need to make their evaluations.
Steve will not be the most popular person with the players during the preseason, but they will thank him at the end when they are fit and raring to go on March 10.
