WHITECAPS FC IN THE NEWS:
Atiba Harris was having a career season last year with Whitecaps FC until he had a devastating knee injury. Two goals and three assists, all in a five match span, was an outstanding start for the striker. Once he got injured, the club and Harris both decided to err on the side of caution. However, he trained all off-season in LA, and now his versatility and reliability are viewed as key parts of a Whitecaps FC team looking to get off to a good start in 2012.
