The MLS Fantasy Manager competition enters its Championship Round this weekend to coincide with the MLS Cup Final between LA Galaxy and Houston Dynamo.
Approximately 160 players are in the official Vancouver Whitecaps FC Fantasy League, with the managers who finish in the top 10 guaranteed to win some awesome prizes.
The winning manager will be handsomely rewarded with a suite for themselves and 10 friends at a 2013 MLS regular season home match at BC Place.
Those who finish in second place through to sixth place will win a soccer ball autographed by a Whitecaps FC member while seventh to tenth will receive a signed hardcover edition of the book Bob Lenarduzzi: A Canadian Soccer Story.
The top 20 heading into this weekend’s MLS Cup Final are:
Two players in the Whitecaps FC Fantasy League are within the top 50 of the MLS League, which has more than 16,000 teams.
Mike Takla is currently ranked 5th overall while Scott Cardwell sits in 20th spot.
