Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced today that Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to participate in a newly launched loyalty program. By using their ‘Caps Cards – the club’s new sustainable season ticket card, which is the first of its kind in BC’s professional sports market – Season Ticket Holders will be able to collect ‘Caps points and redeem them for exclusive rewards and benefits.
‘Caps points can be accumulated by swiping your ‘Caps Card when arriving for home matches, by purchasing food and beverage or merchandise at BC Place, by viewing away broadcasts, and by participating in a variety of other Whitecaps FC activities.
Your points can be redeemed online for rewards such as participation in raffles and auctions for unique merchandise, behind the scenes tours of BC Place, special invitations and VIP experiences at events such as the ‘Caps Open Practice, autograph signing sessions with Whitecaps FC players, and the grand prize of a trip for two to the MLS Cup final.
Whitecaps FC Season Ticket Holders can start earning points today by using their ‘Caps Cards which acts as their ticket for all regular season MLS and Amway Canadian Championship matches at BC Place. In addition to the loyalty program, the ‘Caps Card also provides a 15 per cent discount on merchandise at BC Place, and additional discounts and specials at Whitecaps FC pub partners.
