Vancouver Whitecaps FC will have a presence onsite at this year’s Provincial Youth Soccer Championships in both Langley and North Vancouver, including the 'Caps MLS Reserve League match against Seattle Sounders FC this coming Sunday, July 7 at 11 a.m. PT. This four day tournament, held from Thursday July 4 to Sunday, July 7, will see the ‘Caps involvement at the opening and closing ceremonies
The ‘Caps offered all tournament participants the opportunity to purchase tickets and attend the sold out match between Whitecaps FC and Seattle Sounders FC on July 6. An additional 1,500 seats have been opened up at BC Place to accommodate the Provincial Youth Soccer Championship participants.
On Sunday, July 7 at 11 a.m. PT, Provincial Championship participants and fans will be able to attend and cheer on the ’Caps who will be playing Seattle Sounders FC at Willoughby Fields in Langley.
Also, on Sunday July 7, the 'Caps players will present medals in both Langley and North Vancouver to tournament participants.
