Camilo's incredible scissor kick against Portland the easy winner for MLS Goal of the Week

Camilo scissor kick goal against Portland

To no one's surprise, Camilo has won MLS Goal of the Week award for Week 32, and the race was never even close.

Camilo smashed the competition as well he did the ball in Vancouver Whitecaps FC's 2-2 draw with Portland Timbers this past weekend, collecting slightly more than 70 per cent of the vote. The Brazilian striker ran away with the honours for his jaw-dropping scissor kick equalizer in the second half that kept Vancouver's playoff hopes alive and has already been considered by some a Goal of the Year candidate. The goal was Camilo's 18th of the season – just one behind league-leader Marco Di Vaio.

The honour comes after Camilo was already named MLS Player of the Week for his two-goal performance against the Timbers.

Timbers forward Darlington Nagbe came in second place this week for a goal in that same game, earning just over 14 per cent of all votes.

Final Votes - Week 32 (online poll and text vote):

1. Camilo (VAN): 70.04%
2. Darlington Nagbe (POR): 14.20%
3. Kleberson (PHI): 7.75%
4. Landon Donovan (LA): 4.12%
5. Tim Cahill (NY): 3.89%
