Bet you saw this one coming.
The ‘Caps needed a win in their regular season finale against Colorado Rapids to book their ticket to the MLS Cup Playoffs. And win, they did, in dramatic fashion.
With his heroic game-winning header, Kendall Waston sent the sold-out BC Place crowd into a frenzy and in the process created arguably the most memorable moment in Vancouver’s young MLS history.
As Carl Robinson tells us in the above video, “it was a fitting end” to the season.
