Bell and Whitecaps FC invite you to enter the Show Soccer Some Love Contest for a chance to win great cash prizes including $20,000 for your soccer club! Get your team or club together and show your love for soccer in a short video. You can dance, sing, or chant, paint your soccer field or show your fancy footwork! Be creative!
Who can play? Any coach, parent or representative of a club or U-6 to U-18 team affiliated with BC Soccer is eligible to enter.
There are three fabulous cash prizes up for grabs!
- Grand Prize - $20,000 for your club and $2,500 for your soccer team
- Second Prize - $1,500 for your soccer team
- Third Prize - $1,000 for your soccer team
It’s easy! Here’s how you enter:
1. Shoot a video instead of a ball! Get your team or club together and show us your love for soccer in a video no more than 90 seconds in length.
2. Upload your video to YouTube.
3. Submit your registration form on bell.ca/ShowSoccerSomeLove and tell us in 500 characters or less what you would do with the grand prize. Submissions will be accepted until June 1. The earlier you submit the more time you have in the voting phase!
4. Share and vote every day until the public voting phase closes on June 1, 2015 at 5 pm PT. The 10 most popular videos will go to the jury, who will choose the final winners based on:
- How the grand prize will be used
- The team’s passion for the game and team spirit
- General creativity and originality
- Video length (no more than 90 seconds)
5. Sit back and relax while the judges review the finalists.
