Let’s go back in history for a second.
Going into last year’s regular season finale, Vancouver Whitecaps FC knew a win would clinch their berth in the MLS Cup Playoffs. And after a nervy 70 minutes, Kendall Waston headed in a Pedro Morales corner to send the ‘Caps into the postseason – creating arguably the most memorable moment in Vancouver’s young MLS history.
