Fenter, 21, joins Whitecaps FC after completing a strong four-year NCAA soccer career at Washington State University, where she was teammates with Vega. Fenter holds school records with 86 career games played and started, while also having scored five goals. With her performance, the Spokane, Washington, native was named team MVP in 2011 and was the Cougars Defensive Player of the Year in 2010.

COLLEGE
2011: In her senior season, Fenter played in 23 games for the Cougars, tallying one goal. 2010: Fenter started all 22 of her appearances for WSU and contributed one goal. The defender was a Pac-10 All-Academic honourable mention. 2009: The defender started all 22 of her appearances and scored a game winning goal against rival Oregon. As a sophomore, Fenter won the team defensive MVP and was a Pac-10 All-Academic honourable mention. 2008: As a freshman, Fenter stated all 21 of her appearances and scored her first collegiate goal on August 29, against James Madison.
