The Vancouver Whitecaps FC Club Model illustrates the Whitecaps' committment to development through support and integration with regional clubs and community soccer programs; and provision of development pathways for elite players in partnership with provincial and national governing bodies.  The club model is anchored in regional and community development partnerships, which lead to more specialized youth development programs, full-time player programs, and ultimately professional or national playing positions.
