CAMP PROGRAMS

SIGNATURE CAMPS		SPECIALTY CAMPS
Traditional one week camps that include three programs designed to be challenging and fun for boys and girls of all ages and levels.  - All camps are 2 hrs. daily for 1 week. MINI CAPS U6-U7, 2005-2004 - For the beginner. - Focus on fundamental skills in a fun environment. DEVELOPMENT U8 - U13, 2003-1998 - For all levels. - Focus on technique and skill development. PERFORMANCE  U9 - U13, 2002-1998 - For motivated/competitive players looking to accelerate their game. Grouping Policy:  Whitecaps staff evaluate players on an ongoing basis and may move players to different groups at their discretion.  West Van - Tues. - Fri at 2 ½ hrs. a day. - Morning: Mini and development programs - Afternoon: Performance program.		Theme based camps. All Girls is challenging for all levels, while other specialty camps are recommended for competitive and motivated players. All camps are 2 hrs. daily for 1 week. ALL GIRLS U6-U13, 2005-1998 - Meet Whitecaps and Canadian star Kara Lang. - Mini, Development, Performance options. - Women's training and player autograph sessions. STRIKERS  U10 - U14, 2001-1997 Scoring goals and attacking play! Whether you are a defender, mid fielder or striker, be dangerous in and around the opponents goal. GOALKEEPER U10-U14, 2001-1997 Shot-stopping action! Keepers get it all; footwork, diving, handling, shot-stopping, crosses, distribution, and organizing defenders. PRE-SEASON TECHNIQUE CONDITIONING   U9-U14, 2002-1997 Explosive speed, agility, balance, strength, in combination with technique drills get you razor sharp for the season.
