SPRING SUPER SERIES TOURNAMENT
Play in the Whitecaps Club Super Series this Spring.
The Whitecaps will host 3 Spring Super Series weekends for clubs. Boys and Girls Club or Academy teams - U10 / U11 / U12 - Age groups (98' 97' 96')
These Super Series weekends will:
- Showcase the development of players within each clubs system.
- Facilitate Interaction and development of Club Head coaches in a professional environment.
- Create a high caliber competitive and non-results focused environment for top players in each club.
- Create an opportunity for players within each club to be seen and evaluated for Whitecaps Prospects.
Super Series Weekend Dates
U12 Super Series - June 7 to 8 - Players born 96
U10 Super Series - June 14 to 15 - Players born 98
Philosophy
The Whitecaps Club Series is designed for player development in a competitive and professional environment. This is non-results focused. Results are only kept at the field to provide structure and fun competition. There are no results posted off-site, trophies or medals awarded.
Details
- Hosted at the Whitecaps Training Centre at SFU
- Teams get 4 games guaranteed.
- 2 games Saturday and 2 Sunday. (2 x 25 min. halves)
- Boys and Girls will play on the same weekend.
- Games are 8 aside (7 players, 1 keeper).
* teams recommended to bring 12-14 players
Checklist
- Whitecaps provide the facility, game equipment, and referees.
- Club players must be in uniform and bring their own team warm-up balls and equipment.
- All Coaches/players must check in at the North/east corner of Field 4 with Manager Sam Lenarduzzi 30 minutes prior to each visit.

- Club staff are encouraged to develop and adapt their own rosters.
Fee
- Each age group team fee is $310 plus gst
- Equal to approximately $26 per player per Super Series weekend, based on 12 players.
