From Coquitlam, BC, defender Christopher Guerreiro joined Whitecaps FC Residency in Sept. 2011 after developing as a player at Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club.
YOUTH/AMATEUR
During his time at Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club, Guerreiro captained the club’s U-13 Gold level side before leading Metro-Ford’s U-14 B team to a District league championship title.
PERSONAL
As a student in Coquitlam, BC, the defender is currently attends Queen of all Saints Elementary School and will do so until June 2012.
INTERESTING FACTS
Guerreiro’s favourite team is English and European giants Manchester United FC, while his favourite player is Real Madrid and Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo. He dreams of playing at Manchester United’s Old Trafford home one day. When not concentrating on his soccer career, Guerreiro enjoys playing guitar and video games, as well as snowboarding and lacrosse. The defender’s favourite food is pasta.
