VANCOUVER WHITECAPS FC PROSPECTS
From 2009 to 2011, Miki was a member of Whitecaps FC Prospects, where he trained under Residency staff coach Bart Choufour.

YOUTH/AMATEUR
Miki played his youth soccer on Metro Vancouver’s North Shore. The midfielder started with North Vancouver’s Lynn Valley Soccer Association, where he played from 2004 to 2010. For the 2010-11 season, Miki was a member of North Vancouver Football Club. During that time, the midfielder earned team and tournament Most Valuable Player honours, and served as a team captain.

PERSONAL
The midfielder has attended Boundary Elementary School in North Vancouver, BC, since 2004.

INTERESTING FACTS
Miki’s favourite team is Spanish and European giants Barcelona, while his favourite player is Brazilian star Ronaldinho. The midfielder would like to play at Barcelona’s Camp Nou home one day. The midfielder is a big fan of his mother’s home cooking.
