Structure 

  • Boys and Girls U10 to U18
  • Ten month program: three phases September though June
  • One 90 minute training session per week

  • Weeks of September 15 to November 26

Winter – 11 sessions

  • Weeks of January 5 to March 15

  • U11 to U12 Boys & Girls (2004-2006)
    • Day – Mondays  
    • Time – 4:15 pm to 5:45 pm
    • First Session – April 4
    • Last Session – June 13
      • No session May 23 (Victoria Day)
  • U13 to U14 Boys & Girls (2002-2003)
    • Day – Tuesdays
    • Time – 4.15 pm to 5:45 pm
    • First Session – April 5
    • Last Session – June 7
  • U15 Boys & Girls (2001)
    • Day – Tuesdays
    • Time – 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm
    • First Session – April 5
    • Last Session – June 7
  • U16 to U18 Boys & Girls (1998-2000)
    • Day – Wednesdays
    • Time – 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
    • First Session – April 6
    • Last Session – June 8
  • U10 Boys & Girls (2006-2007)
    • Day – Thursdays
    • Time – 4:15 pm to 5:45 pm
    • First Session – April 7
    • Last Session – June 9

Location

  • Winter Phase: Gordon Terrace Elementary School, Cranbrook 
  • Winter Phase 2nd sessions: Mount Baker High School 
  • Spring Phase: Moir Park Fields

Evaluations & Registration

All players must be evaluated and selected. Registration is by Invite Only. Please contact gopro@whitecapsfc.com for more details.

Fees:

  • Spring Phase: $275 + GST 
  • Fees do not include travel projects which will be detailed by the regional head coach

Equipment:

  • All NEW players require a WFC training kit and track suit.
  • One-time fee, valid for at least two years
  • Mandatory - Training kit (shorts, shirt, socks) - $80 + GST
  • Mandatory - Track suit - $80 + GST

Policies

  • Refund requests…
    • received more than 14 days before the start of a phase, will be subject to a 10% administration fee on the registration amount paid.
    • received less than 14 days but more than 2 days before the start of a phase, will be subject to a 20% administration fee on the registration amount paid.
    • received less than 2 days before the start of a phase will not be granted.
  • Registration refunds for medical reasons can only be processed upon receipt of a note from a medical professional. These refunds will be subject to a 10% administration fee, plus a fee for any sessions transpired.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for individual sessions missed by the participant.
  • Whitecaps FC reserves the right to move players to the appropriate training group.
  • In the event that a session is cancelled due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule.
