Request Guidelines
Vancouver Whitecaps FC accepts requests for the donation of items for use in charitable fundraising activities. Priority will be given to organizations that focus on initiatives that focus on the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Areas of Community Support. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be fulfilled.
- Only requests submitted through our online form will be accepted. We do not accept emailed, faxed, or mailed solicitations.
- All requests must be received six weeks prior to the event date.
Please Note
- We do not accept requests for monetary donations
- We do not support fundraisers that involve third-party fundraising
- Items donated by Vancouver Whitecaps FC for charitable auctions cannot be sold for a profit.
- By completing this request form, you authorize Vancouver Whitecaps FC to contact you about future promotional opportunities.
- You will be updated on the status of your request via email correspondence through a Vancouver Whitecaps FC representative. Due to high volume of requests please allow 4-6 weeks for a response.
- Vancouver Whitecaps FC appreciate your request, please be advised that due to the volume of requests and resource capacity we will focus our support on initiatives that align with WFC community guidelines.
