The stadium features covered seating and is easily accessible by public transportation, bike, or car. Supporters can get up close and personal to the match with a pitch-side viewing area, and kids can kick around a ball in one of the mini pitches.
Set to open in Spring 2017, UBC will also be home to a new world-class National Soccer Development Centre. This will act as a training base for WFC2, Whitecaps FC men’s and Residency teams, UBC’s soccer teams, as well as the West Coast base for Canada’s men’s, women’s, and youth national teams.
Note: outside of the Reserved VIP section all seating is general admission.

With covered grandstand seating, McLeod Athletic Park also features a big screen that was originally used at Empire Stadium in Whitecaps FC’s inaugural MLS season.

FAQ - 2017 WFC2 Membership
A: We know that many of our fans cannot travel to Langley and UBC, so we are offering the flexibility to choose only the matches at the stadium nearest you, while paying the same per-match price as a 2015 or 2016 full season ticket. The UBC membership features all 10 matches scheduled for Thunderbird Stadium, while the Langley membership consists of the six matches played at McLeod Athletic Park. Both memberships feature the same per-match cost and benefits. Fans have the flexibility to choose either one membership option or both.
A: Fans who wish to purchase a full season membership are welcome to purchase one Langley membership and one UBC membership. Purchasing both membership options will provide you with the same overall per-match price for the entire season, at both UBC’s Thunderbird Stadium and Langley’s McLeod Athletic Park. There is no additional fee to purchasing both memberships.
A: With an increase in the number of matches being played in Langley, we opted to increase the flexibility of our ticket packages, while keeping per-match pricing the same. The upgrade option took into account the vouchers you received as a Tier1/Tier 2 member, and you paid the difference. Moving forward, you can purchase either a Langley membership or a UBC membership and keep your vouchers included with your Tier1/Tier 2 membership to use as you wish. For example, if you purchase a UBC pack, you can use your vouchers for matches you would like to attend in Langley, or bring family and friends with you to matches at UBC.
A: There is no assigned seating at WFC2 matches. All seats are general admission, with the exception of the reserved VIP section which can be purchased by calling 604.484.7862 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
A: Child memberships must be purchased along with a minimum of one adult membership. Fans may purchase up to four child memberships per adult membership purchased.

A: Adult members receive savings of 48% over single match buyers. Child members receive savings of approximately 75% over single match buyers. Members also receive opportunities for exclusive experiences, merchandise and tickets for select playoff matches at your home stadium.
A: Yes. Adult tickets can be used by anyone, and child tickets may only be used by children aged 12 and under. Members can use their online account manager to transfer tickets to a friend or donate their tickets to Kids Up Front if they are unable to attend a match.
A: Flex packs are 100% flexible, meaning you can book your tickets at the time of purchase, or you can arrive on the day of your desired match and redeem your tickets at the gate. You can use all the tickets for one match, or split them up among multiple matches.
