Vancouver Whitecaps Prospects Women will play Tri-Cities Xtreme in the semifinals of the 2008 PCSL Challenge Cup Tournament on Saturday.
In the first semifinal, Premier Division winners Victoria Stars match up against hosts Surrey United at 4:30pm, while the Whitecaps take on Tri-Cities at 6:30pm. The winners of Saturday's semifinals meet at 2:30pm on Sunday in the PCSL Challenge Cup final.
The young Whitecaps finished the season in second place after tying with the Xtreme and with identical records. Both teams finished behind front-runners Victoria.
The 2008 PCSL Challenge Cup Tournament is being hosted by Surrey United at Cloverdale Athletic Park in Surrey over the weekend of July 26 and 27.
