Trafford's Tanzania Diary #5 - The Province
BACK OF THE NET
Today, the extreme differences of what this country has to offer really stood out for me.

From training on an artificial turf field that is in the middle of a dirt lot on Saturday to training on the beautiful grass pitch of the 60,000-seat National Stadium, the differences were pretty evident.

Saturday it was 52 degrees at 10 a.m., today, we trained at 7:30 a.m. and it was probably 32 degrees; there was no comparison in the quality of the session. From the modest houses and apartments we pass by everyday on the way to training, to the beautiful Canadian Consulate where we spent our evening, the contrast of life in Tanzania was amazing to witness.
