Former Whitecaps forward Marcus Haber of Vancouver has been loaned out from English Championship side West Bromwich Albion to League One Exeter.
The Caps transferred Haber, last season's USL-1 rookie of the year, to West Brom last month for an undisclosed fee.
Baggies boss Roberto Di Matteo hinted right from Haber's arrival that he'd look to get the 21 year old some first team action. Haber had played two games for the West Brom reserves. Exeter sits two spots clear of the League One drop zone at 7-10-14.
Haber's expected to debut for the Grecians Saturday against Stockport County at St. James Park.
"I'm excited with the opportunity and looking forward to contributing," Haber wrote in a recent text message.
