Whitecaps FC fans will have the chance to meet the club's first Major League Soccer signing tonight, as centre back Jay DeMerit will hold a special autograph signing in Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, BC.
The USA World Cup star will be on hand to sign autographs at the Whitecaps FC store from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. tonight. The Whitecaps FC store is located next to Sport Chek in Metropolis at Metrotown.
During Tuesday's autograph session, the Whitecaps FC store will also have a limited number of 'DeMerit #6' home jerseys for purchase.
The Whitecaps FC store carries a wide range of club merchandise, which is also available online at whitecapsfcshop.ca. This includes both the authentic and replica home and away jerseys, as well as apparel, headwear, novelties, scarves, and soccer balls.
The Whitecaps FC store at Metrotown is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., as well as Sunday and holidays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
