Day 0 in the Whitecaps FC "30 Day Countdown" campaign is a quick look back at the entire 30-day countdown. This campaign aimed at demonstrating how excited the city is for March 19 - from Tojo to Trevor, Kemo to Corpus Christi Elementary. We began with covering the city's statues and landmarks in 'Caps jerseys and scarves and ended with a mass blitz to get Vancouverites scarved up. And we even found some time to have fun breaking pinatas and vuvuzelas!
Through it all, you were there. Watching, emailing, blogging, tweeting, standing in line and even in some instances, chasing us down the street! We have hours of footage that never made the final videos but could easily be its own documentary. At every turn, we were overwhelmed by words of kindness and support. We thank every one of you for taking the time to connect with us. We wanted to showcase the city and its people and you delivered. And now today, it's our turn.
