VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC season ticket holders have two purchase options for away Cascadia Cup matches in Seattle and Portland this summer.

Uniglobe Vision Travel - the official travel services provider of Whitecaps FC - is offering fans special packages to the Saturday, June 11, match at Seattle Sounders FC for $159 and the Saturday, August 20, match at Portland Timbers for $259. Both packages include bus transportation, a ticket to the match, and food and giveaways, with hotel accommodation also included as part of the Portland trip. Through Uniglobe, single game tickets are also available for $35 including service fee, shipping and handling, and applicable taxes. Tickets are now available and can be purchased by calling 604.677.1495 or emailing whitecaps@uniglobevision.com.

These tickets are part of the allocation of 500 tickets secured from Seattle Sounders FC and Portland Timbers by Whitecaps FC. Based on the quantity of tickets they have purchased for the season, season ticket holders will have first opportunity to purchase tickets and/or packages through until Wednesday, May 11. For example, if a season ticket holder has purchased two seasons tickets, they are eligible to buy two single-match tickets or two packages to the Seattle and/or Portland away games. After May 11, any remaining inventory will be released to the public through Uniglobe Vision Travel.

“We are very pleased to partner with Uniglobe Vision Travel to organize safe and convenient travel arrangements as options for fans looking to travel in groups to the game,” said Paul Barber, Whitecaps FC chief executive officer. “The first match is still three months away, so there is plenty of time to plan your trip to Seattle and Portland. I know our players will truly appreciate the support.”

"We are soccer fans too, and we are very excited to have been offered the opportunity by Whitecaps FC to put these packages together,” said Neal Chark, senior travel consultant, Uniglobe Vision Travel. “Working together, we will provide unique packages to help all fans across British Columbia travel to see these exciting rivalry matches."

Additionally, Uniglobe Vision Travel will administer all travel requirements not provided by MLS for the Whitecaps FC men’s first team, as well as exclusive travel services for the women’s team, Residency team, Prospects teams, youth teams, and front office staff. Additional information on Uniglobe’s travel services can be found at their in-stadium booth at all Whitecaps FC home matches.
