MLSsoccer.com unveiled today the five nominees for the AT&T Goal of the Week. Included among the candidates is Whitecaps FC striker Omar Salgado.
Making his first career MLS start against Columbus Crew on Saturday, the 17-year-old rookie scored his first-ever MLS goal, snapping home a terrific header past Crew goalkeeper Will Hesmer in the 69th minute.
