VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC players and staff were back to business at the Burnaby Lake East training ground after three days of R&R. Head coach Tommy Soehn put the players through their paces as the team is now looking to build off of last Saturday's triumphant 1-0 win over Eastern Conference side Houston Dynamo.






Due to the international break, there is no match this weekend but Whitecaps FC will return to MLS regular season action on Saturday, September 10, when they visit New York Red Bulls at 4:30 p.m. PT. Vancouver's match at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey, will be broadcast live on Sportsnet Pacific, TEAM 1040, Bell mobile devices, as well as online at mdl.mlssoccer.com.

Whitecaps FC return to Bell Pitch at Empire Field on Saturday, September 24, to host Pacific Northwest rivals Seattle Sounders FC. Tickets for the club's final match at Empire Field are still available at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centres, online at ticketmaster.ca, or Charge-by-Phone at 1.855.6.GO-CAPS. they have a lot of work to do as they prepare to play the Red Bulls in New York on September 10th.
