THE SOCCER SCENE:

In this week’s segment of ‘Canadian Exports’ on MLSoccer.com,  check out how some individual Canadian players did last week throughout Europe (Rudi Schuller – MLSsoccer.com).

On Wednesday night, MLS teams struggled in CONCACAF Champions League action as FC Dallas was defeated by Pumas UNAM 2-0 while LA Galaxy also fell 1-0 to Alajuelense. With MLS teams having completed four games in their round-robin play, only two games remain (CCL).

The 2012 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying tournament will be held at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, BC, from January 19 to 29, 2012.
