We’re three weeks into Movember and our staff participation is holding strong. As of this moment, Vancouver Whitecaps FC are officially second in Major League Soccer (MLS) in terms of donations, coming in at an impressive $4,154. Among the top earners in donations are Whitecaps FC Team Physician Dr. Jim Bovard, partnerships manager Adam Fritz and president Bob Lenarduzzi. Fritz made an impressive surge with donations now totalling $700, which he has just earned in the last week so. At this rate, Mr. Fritz could even challenge for top spot. That will be quite the challenge though, as Dr. Bovard currently leads all MLS participants with an astounding $1,601.
With just eight days remaining in the best month for facial hair, if you haven’t donated yet, please be sure to dig through your sofa and wrangle up what you can. Help us in our goal to be number one in the league in supporting the fight against prostate cancer!
