Whitecaps FC are pleased to team up with premier founding partner Bell Canada for the 2012 Bell Let’s Talk campaign. The campaign invites all Canadians to talk about mental illness in order to fight the stigma around this pervasive yet misunderstood national health concern.

‘Whitecaps FC Daily’ with Peter Schaad is back in its usual 3:00 p.m. timeslot on TEAM 1410 sports radio! Its fun fun fun this week. Today Pete talks to TSN's Luke Wileman and The Province's Marc Weber, and on Thursday Pete chats with new assistant coach Jake DeClute and former Canadian women's player and current Sportsnet analyst Kara Lang! The show airs every Monday to Friday at 3 p.m. PT on TEAM 1410.

CANADIAN SOCCER SCENE

Shannon Woeller is an emerging Canadian soccer superstar. With the round robin portion of the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament wrapped up. Woeller talks about how exciting it has been for her to be the only born and raised Vancouverite on team Canada, and to play in front of her friends and family.
