'Caps to broadcast UEFA Champions League final at BC Place on May 19

Vancouver Whitecaps FC are pleased to announce that fans will have the opportunity to watch this year’s UEFA Champions League final on the big screen at BC Place before our Major League Soccer clash with Cascadia rivals Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday, May 19, at 2 p.m. PT.

Supporters with a ticket for the May 19 match-up versus Seattle will have the opportunity to arrive at BC Place early and watch German giants Bayern Munich and England’s Chelsea FC battle for the crown of top club side in European soccer before watching Whitecaps FC and Sounders FC renew their Pacific Northwest rivalry live. Gates at BC Place will open at 11:15 a.m. PT on May 19 – 30 minutes prior to the kickoff of the UEFA Champions League final from Munich, Germany, at 11:45 a.m. PT. Fans can enjoy Sportsnet’s broadcast of the final on the big screen from their seats at BC Place and with fellow supporters.
