On Thursday night, the central midfielder scored in the 47th minute as The Clan swept aside the University of Sioux Falls 5-1. The 14th-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels picked up an impressive result when they beat unbeaten Virginia Tech 3-1 last Thursday night. Brooks confidently slotted home a penalty kick for her third goal of the season to clinch the game. Sophomore Abigail Raymer drilled home the equalizing goal – her fourth of the season – in the second half as Missouri toppled Ole Miss 2-1 on Friday night.
At Washington State, Clair made seven big saves, including two in overtime to help her side to a 0-0 draw with UCLA in Pac-12 action. It was Clair’s ninth shutout for the Cougars.
Williamson had shutouts in both of UBC’s wins on the weekend. The Thunderbirds picked up their first road win of the season with a 4-0 decision over Winnipeg before Williamson made five saves in her team’s 3-0 victory over Manitoba Bisons.
Senior Erin McNulty started in goal and made four saves as No.11 Penn State defeated Illinois 4-0 on Sunday.

‘Caps alum Monica Lam-Feist set up Wisconsin’s only goal in the Badgers’ triumph against Michigan State.
And lastly, University of South Florida toiled hard for a 1-0 win against Seton Hall in New Jersey. A cross from Patterson in the 65th minute was turned into the net for the winner.
