Registration opened this week for Whitecaps FC "Play Like A Pro" Spring soccer camps.
Two types of camps are available: skills camps and prospects camps.
Whitecaps FC skills camps is open to boys and girls from U-6 to U-13 of all skill levels. This camp offers training for all levels, led by Whitecaps FC legend and former Canadian World Cup captain Sam Lenarduzzi. Players will be grouped by age and ability and will be taken through theme-based skills sessions to conclude with a “world-cup” tournament. Participants will receive an official camp t-shirt, poster, prize ticket packs, daily drink, and a visit from a Whitecaps FC player and club mascot Spike.
2013 Skills Camp, upcoming dates:
- Surrey: March 18 to 22, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. PT daily at South Surrey Athletic Park
- Vancouver: March 25 to 29, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. PT at Point Grey Field
The Whitecaps FC prospects camp is open to boys and girls from U-9 to U-14 for serious and motivated youth players. This camp offers specialized training for players to take their skills and development to the next level.

- Surrey: March 18 to 21, 12 to 2:30 p.m. PT at South Surrey Athletic Park
